Short answerTrack each GPT in one sheet with columns for owner, backup, destination, rebuild, tests, sharing, announcement and sign-off. A single view prevents forgotten GPTs.

How to use it
- Fill the first columns from your inventory.
- Review weekly against the countdown plan.
- Do not mark a GPT done until tests pass and users are told.
Agencies can add a client column and use the handover template.
