The free extension reads the GPT you have open in ChatGPT and downloads a zip with your instructions and, where ChatGPT allows it, your knowledge files. Nothing is sent to us; it runs in your browser.

Install (2 minutes)

1. Unzip the download.
2. In Chrome, open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode.
3. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
4. Open your My GPTs list or one of your GPTs at chatgpt.com, click the extension, pick the GPT, then Export.
5. Upload the zip in the GPT Migrator app, or run the free readiness check.

Good to know

• It uses your own ChatGPT login and ChatGPT's internal pages, which OpenAI can change. If something can't be read, the extension tells you what to add by hand.
• Some knowledge files may not be downloadable. Keep your original files as backup.
• GPT Actions are not exported.
