1. The service

GPT Migrator ("we") lets you import files and instructions from a custom AI assistant and publish them as a hosted chat page. The service is an independent product and is not affiliated with OpenAI or Anthropic.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login and for everything done under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

3. Subscription and billing

The plan costs $47 per month (USD), billed monthly through Stripe and renewing automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial-month refunds unless required by law. If your subscription ends, your bot pages stop answering with your API key, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

4. Your content and API keys

You keep ownership of your instructions and files. You confirm you have the right to upload them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful material. You grant us permission to store, process and display them to run your bot. You provide your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key; your provider bills you directly for usage and we are not responsible for those charges or for your provider's terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, deception, malware, spam, or to impersonate others, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend bots or accounts that break these rules.

6. AI output

Bots generate answers with third-party AI models, which can be wrong or differ from your original GPT. You are responsible for testing your bot and for how you and your visitors use its answers. Do not rely on a bot for legal, medical or financial decisions.

7. No warranty; liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes and contact
