What to include
- A typical question with a model answer.
- A question that needs a refusal or referral.
- A question the files cannot answer, with a good "I do not know" reply.
- One example of your preferred format (steps, bullets, length).

Tips
- Use real past answers you were happy with, not invented ones.
- Keep examples short; they cost tokens on every message.
- Vary them so the model does not copy one exact phrasing.
- Remove any private customer details.
