Short answerBoth providers offer a web search tool you add to an API call. Each lists $10 per 1,000 searches plus normal token costs. Hosted pages that only answer from your files do not search the web.

For your migration
If your instructions say "use web search", you either rebuild the bot on an API with a search tool (API rebuild, Anthropic API) or remove that line: rewriting instructions. GPT Migrator hosting does not search the web.
