Short answerCopilot Studio is Microsoft's low-code studio for agents with instructions, knowledge sources, connectors and many publishing channels. Billing uses Copilot Credits and the pages we read gave no dollar prices. We found no official Custom GPT migration guide.
- Instructions: an agent follows the instructions you give it, and you can create one by describing it in plain language.
- Tools: agents use prebuilt or custom connectors, and agent flows can be attached as tools.
- Channels (standard harness): Teams and Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, WhatsApp, demo and custom websites, mobile app, Facebook, and other channels through Azure Bot Service.
- Billing: Copilot Credits, through prepaid packs, pay-as-you-go via Azure, or a one-year prepurchase. Unused credits do not roll over monthly. Exact prices are in Microsoft's licensing guide, not on the pages we read.
- Trial limit: the trial license lets you build and test but not publish.
